Welcome to my psychotherapy and coaching practice! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Coach based in Oakland, CA.
I specialize in working with relationships of all kinds and have spent years being curious and studying what gets in the way of connecting authentically with ourselves and the world around us. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate relationships and strive to create and hold space for people to express their authentic truths and all of who they are. Holding all the of the complexity and layers of life can get heavy, I can help scaffold the experience and teach you tools that support all of who you are in your life. I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology. Sometimes our relationships and life need a tune up, I can help!
