Bio

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice!  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both California and New York offering virtual sessions.

​I specialize in working with trauma, grief, and living with disease. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their lives and relationships, striving to create and hold space for people to express their authentic truths and all of who they are. 

I work from the premise that the body has an innate ability to move towards homeostasis. Having had my own experience with disease and healing,  I have learned first hand how disease can impact every area of life bringing with it the myriad of existential questions, discomfort and aloneness that facing chronic or acute disease can bring.  I can help make meaning  of the experience, process the grief surrounding the limits the body or facing mortality may impose,  and bring more ease in being with life’s inherent uncertainty.

​My style is warm, present, curious and authentic, and I’m committed to providing a space that welcomes individuals of all orientations, abilities, and racial, cultural, or identity groups.

I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology and have been in the field for over a decade.
